Lovely 10k run, very scenic (quite hilly) but the hill climbs are worth it for the view and atmosphere!

Super picturesque location !
Loads of parking, loos, nearby cafe. Organisers were super friendly and wearing the tee shirts meant everybody was running ‘together’ which gave the event a great vibe. The route is hilly and challenging but the scenery softens the blow of the first 5k !! I’ve run this coastline with various race organisers and I never tire of it.

Only criticism would be course was a fraction short… my watch came out at 9.72km (and checking with others they came out similar as well). I have a Garmin watch for reference.
Perhaps this partially accounts for hills. However, if possible, if we could have started 300m further up the seafront that would have then accounted for this without needing to change the course. Otherwise a brilliant day! Thanks to the organisers.

I’m not sure if it was just me but the length of the run seemed to be short of the 10k by about 250 meters. This didn’t distract from a lovely scenic run and would recommend to anyone who will listen!

Brilliantly organised with fantastic scenery, all for a great cause.
Really well signed and marshalled with friendly people. Super organised number collection, timing and race results. Plenty of water available on a hot day. A demonstration of how to run an excellent event. Also loved the mention to the six 'dinosaurs' taking part.
I’ll be running it again. What more is there to say.
