Lovely scenic race, great day out
Well organised, friendly race, always look forward to it each year. Only downside this year was for the first time we had a wooden medal. Also would it be possible to provide a few portaloos, to avoid big queue at the public toilets?

Having been out of running for 18 months now this was my first race back and it didn't disappoint!
Hills , views, great atmosphere if you want a well organised, value for money & a good cause this is the race for you.

Good fast cross country race with a good mix of coast and river.
Enjoyed the race, thank you. Did you miss the M60+ results in the prizes at the end though (I won the M60 and would have been 2nd if M50 and M60 were combined)?

A beautiful course with clear distance markings & friendly marshals. Clearly a lot of time, thought and care had gone into making this wonderful event the best it could be for everyone participating. A warm, welcoming, supportive environment - thankyou!
